We are multi-talented Project Administrator, Coordinator and Cost Control Specialist. We are proud to have been given various awards, one for our innovative and proactive attitude as well as a Silver Bravo Award for taking initiative in improving operational systems and streamlining processes.

We work closely with the Schedulers and Contract Managers, to make sure the projects fulfilled all the contractual terms and were delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Our main responsibilities are Project Cost Controlling, Forecasting, Revenue Management, Invoicing, Debt Collection, Resource and Cost Planning.

We work closely with the Schedulers and Contract Managers, to make sure the projects fulfilled all the contractual terms and were delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

 

 

 

  • Operational Level
  • Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
  • Certificate in Business Accounting (CBA)
  • National Diploma: Cost & Management Accounting
  • Advanced Project Management from UCT
  • Payroll & Tax Administration from UCT
